This Sound Bath marks a gentle re-opening—an invitation to return to rhythm, rest, and resonance, with monthly sound journeys continuing throughout the year at Darfield Community Centre.

🌙 What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience where sound and vibration are used to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner balance. You are not required to “do” anything—simply receive.
