You are warmly invited to join us at the Green Hall 💚 Cefn Cribwr for a Sound Bath.
Either sit on a chair (provided) or lie on the floor and let the frequencies 'wash' over you in waves of sound. Jill uses a range of sacred instruments and voice.
It is an experience that relaxes and promotes a sense of well-being.
If you'd like to lie down, please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to be comfy.
Doors are open 1.15pm, for 1.30 pm start ending at 2.30pm.
Hot drinks are available afterwards if you have time to stay for a chat.
Cost is £10. Pay on the day.
