Cost £15 ppSpend an hour in deep relaxation. I will play you a variety of instruments including, a drum, gong, crystal bowls and percussion instruments. Come wearing comfy clothes - bring a yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and a pillow, you make a cosy space on the floor and relax for an hour. This is a deeply relaxing and calming experience, helping to regulate your nervous system.
