Come and experience the magnificent tones of beautiful Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, the amazing 20” drum, Koshi chimes, my native American flute and also my great reiki guides who will walk among us.
The concept of sound therapy is based on the knowledge that every part of the body creates a vibration as we are pure energy and as such the crystals align with the vibration to create the healing.

Please arrive at 5.50pm to allow time to get comfortable. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. Should you be unable to attend your session that you have booked please give 48hrs notice prior and the funds will be transferred to the next session. Failure to notify will result in no refund or transfer.
Please note it is advisable not to attend during pregnancy, have a pacemaker or if you suffer from epilepsy. Hearing aids must be removed prior to the Sound Bath.
