A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you will be immersed in therapeutic sound. I work with drums and quartz singing bowls to create a unique vibrational experience that is both grounding and restorative.
Please bring mats, cushions, etc. to ensure you can be comfortable laying on the floor - chairs are also available if you prefer to sit!
All are welcome.
Suggested donation is $15
