Welcome to the Sound Healing Sessions.
Each session will begin with a guided meditation to set the intention for the session.
Once you are tapped into your self, relaxed and in a calm state, vibrational frequencies are used to guide the rest of the experience. These vibrational frequencies come from the use of various crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, a gong and other sound healing instruments.
There are many physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits to a sound healing session, come try it out if you haven’t yet! The best one: calming, relaxing and healing your nervous system!
What to expect?
Nothing. Literally, expect nothing.
Anything can happen.
You could experience sensations throughout the body, memories could come up, you might start “dreaming,” OR you could just relax and chill for an hour listening to my voice and the bowls OR (even better) you could nap for an hour.
But for real though, expect nothing and just let the magic happen.
What to bring?
A yoga mat or something even more comfortable to lay on.
A blanket or two. For warmth, but also maybe to lay on.
A pillow. I recommend one for under the head and an extra one for under the knees helps relax the hips and pelvis and takes the pressure off our lower backs!
Eye covers or eye pillows. Something to cover the eyes helps quiet the mind.
