Sound Bath

Join Patricia Baldwin, RN, Certified in Sound Bath and Healing Touch, in a 45-minute sound experience that includes crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and more to restore, rejuvenate, and balance the body at a cellular level. This sound bath is an immersive experience of sound frequencies, operating to achieve the body's ideal self-regulating health maintenance process. Some benefits of sound bath therapy include:

• Reduction of stress and anxiety
• Increased feelings of happiness, joy, and tranquility
• Reduction in fatigue and depression
• Lowering of heart rate and blood pressure
• Ease of chronic pain and inflammation
• Promotes restful sleep
• Relaxes muscular tension

For your safety, sound baths are not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy. In-person sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. Please let your facilitator know if you wear a cochlear implant or hearing device.

Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Doors close at scheduled start times. Due to the nature of this class, late arrivals will not be permitted.
