Sound Bath

While inside the Unplugged Forest, you will first learn how to hang an easy up hammock amongst the tall pines. Once comfortable, your Host Shayne will be facilitating a Sound Bath that will last about an hour and will include an intro to journalling. This event is free for two dates only May 10th & September 19th and is part of a program designed from Elisabeth's Essentials Bag. Available only inside our Off the Grid- Unplugged Forest, just outside of the town of Bridgeville, De and Federalsburg, Md. GPS location to event will be sent a week before. There's no State given address on this part of our farm, due to the Mason Dixon line dividing marker. Hope you are one of the lucky 4 ticket holders.
