Let the vibrations of various instruments wash over you, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and de-stress in a welcoming environment. Join us for a unique experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. ✨ What to Expect
We’ll begin with breathwork meditation to center your mind. This will be your opportunity to set intentions and journal before we transition into sound.

From there, the sound bath unfolds, immersing you in calming vibrations that help quiet the mind and ease the body. We’ll close with a grounding meditation and a few moments of stillness, leaving you refreshed, centered, and renewed.
⚠️ Who Should Avoid Sound Baths?
Sound baths are safe for most people, but they may not be suitable if you:

• Experience seizures
• Are pregnant in your first trimester
• Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical/electronic devices
• Live with sound sensitivities or tinnitus
• Are managing severe mental health conditions or PTSD (please consult your healthcare provider first)

If you have any health concerns or specific needs, please reach out before booking. This event is open to participants aged 16 and above.

Onsite parking avaliable at the venue, plus free evening street parking nearby.

💜 Accessibility & Low Income Spaces
I believe sound healing should be accessible to everyone. Each session includes two reduced-rate spots (50% off) for those on low incomes. If you’d like to request one, simply email me in advance.

📅 Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable due to limited space.

Arrival from 7.45pm to allow for any questions, catch up and get comfy ✨
Doors will be locked at 8pm for a prompt start.

Late arrivals won’t be admitted.

There will be no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
