Sound Bath

Join us for a nurturing and relaxing Sound Bath. A mixture of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drum, rain stick and chimes.

You'll be laying down for the duration of the sound bath, so to make sure your comfortable please bring-

⭐️ Yoga Mat (I have spares, please let me know in advance whether you'd like to borrow one)

⭐️ Pillow/ blanket (to get extra cosy)

⭐️ Something comfortable to wear (come in your PJs if you'd like 😊)

Please note this class isn't suitable for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a pace maker, severe mental health illness or are in your 1st pregnancy trimester then please consult with your doctor first. You're welcome to contact me if you have any questions also.
