Sound Bath

Join Leah for an evening of deep rest and nourishment as she guides you through a sound healing journey using the magical frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and koshi chimes.

Through the sounds and vibrations of a gong, the mind enters a deeply meditative and relaxed state, which brings about healing at many levels including physical, emotional, mental and spriritual. A sound bath can help to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your mind and body, increase foucs and clarity, and improve sleep.

No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do is relax and allow Leah to guide you.

Please bring with you a yoga mat or something else to lay down on. Blankets and eye pillows will be provided but feel free to bring any extras such as cushions, warms socks or anything to help you feel supported and comfortable.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space. Late arrival will not be permitted after 7pm as this is distruptive to other guests so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.

Sound baths are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or first trimester of pregnancy.
