Sound Bath

Step into a soothing atmosphere where you can reset and renew your energy under Kayla's guidance. This evening is designed for relaxation and decompression—an opportunity to release stress and welcome peace. As the sounds of crystal singing bowls wash over you, feel your worries melt away and find yourself immersed in a sense of calm.

Come as you are and surround yourself with a like-minded community focused on wellness and self-care. Whether it’s your first sound bath or you’re returning to deepen your experience, this session is a beautiful way to reconnect and recharge.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or blanket, and any props to support you in complete relaxation.

PARKING: Zen Life is located in the back of the house. Drive into the mini parking lot, and park in the back. The entrance is located at the back of the building.
