At the quiet meditation room of the Hide Away Pond Retreat Center, Heidi Henyon will be hosting an integrative Sound Bowl Ceremony. Using unique crystal singing bowls of Jade and Carnelian, Tongue Drum, Bodhran, and vocalization, she will create a sacred space of healing.

In this mediation, you willl receive the ability to:

The Sound Bath Ceremony provides a calm meditative state while you lay on a comfortable mat or sit in relaxing position.

This is a deeply transformational experience to reset yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

A Sound Bowl Ceremony is a deeply relaxing healing experience that uses the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments to calm the mind, release tension, and restore inner balance. Allow the soothing frequencies to guide you into a peaceful state of deep relaxation and renewed energy

Bring your own yoga mat and blanket for a premium experience.

• All children and pets MUST stay with you (due to the pond).
