Sound Bath by the Bay

Tiffany is offering ONE chance this summer to receive a sound bath during golden hour by the Little Traverse Bay. Our collection of gongs and bowls will play a symphony of sounds accompanied by the soft waves of the lake and the constant companion of the waterfall.
Water is our teacher and the wisdom is: find the path of least resistance and go with the flow. This is your opportunity to slow down and soak in the sweetness of summer in northern Michigan.
Bring a blanket or a mat and meet by the Arlington Creek waterfall. Just down the stairs from the Sunset Park off the US 31 highway - or - just past the softball fields if you are coming from the park entrance by City Hall and the marina.
