Sound Bath by Candlelight in Limerick | Unwind After a Busy Week

Whether you've had a busy week, or simply want a peaceful way to spend your Friday evening, this sound bath in Limerick is a chance to step away from the demands of every day life, unwind, and enjoy a little time for yourself.

We'll begin with a short guided body scan meditation to help you settle in.

You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and other instruments carefully chosen to create a deeply relaxing sound journey.

For 90 minutes, there's nothing you need to do.

Just lie down, listen and rest.

No experience needed.
