The weekends at The Rest & Regulate Wellness Hub are becoming something really special... 💚✨
It all started with our Saturday Sound Baths.
Then we opened The shop on Saturdays, creating a space for people to pop in, connect and experience everything the Hub has to offer.
Next came our Sunday 2pm Sound Bath, Breathwork & Journaling Sessions, giving people the chance to slow down, breathe deeply and reset before the week ahead.
And today... we’re hosting our very first Whatnot Sunday Live! 🎉

When I first opened the Hub, I dreamed of creating a space where people could come together to rest, regulate their nervous systems, learn, connect and simply be. Seeing our weekends gradually fill with beautiful experiences is honestly so exciting.
Along side our mid week offerings of calm crafts, 1:1 sessions and private sessions - Each weekend now offers something a little different, but they all have one thing in common... creating space for you.
