Before the holidays get busy, come slow down with me for an evening of sound meditation + connection. Settle into a candlelit sound bath with a variety of soothing instruments, like my crystal harp and crystal singing bowls, and leave feeling rested, with a calm and settled nervous system. Afterward, gather around the bonfire for tea, s'mores, and good conversation. No experience needed, just bring a blanket, pillow, and something cozy to wear.
