Come join us for a relaxing sound bath at barre3 San Clemente! Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations to unwind and rejuvenate. This in-person event is the perfect way to destress and reset. Let the sounds of crystal bowls and live vocals wash over you as you find peace and tranquility. PLEASE BRING

-Yoga Mat, blanket, pillow for under head and/or knees for maximum comfort. You will be laying down for 60 minutes, so bring whatever you need to feel most comfotable!

-Wear comfotable clothing.
