As we move through the year, we find time to rest, reset & bask in the beautiful sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.We will draw inwards through gentle breathwork & meditation before settling into a long rest to simply be and receive.
No experience needed, come as you are.
Mats, blankets and bolsters provided.
These run monthly, (usually) the first Sunday of the month, finding inspiration through each of the seasons, lunar cycles and more.
💛And I'm very excited to share that some of these sessions will now be a "Frequency of Light" sound bath - details about this are on the dandelion description (flick through to June, August or October to find out more).
