Join Amie on the first Friday of every month at the beautiful Trimingham Village Hall.
Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful session that offers you the opportunity to experience the full benefits of sound on your mind and body.
Begin your journey inward with a brief, guided meditation to calm and settle you into the space. As you gently transition into a state of relaxation, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful for extra support and comfort, especially if you have lower back pain. You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important. There is always an option to be seated if this is preferred. Please also bring a drink of water to stay hydrated.
