A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates the body's natural healing systems. Allow the cosmic vibrations to wash away stress and all that no longer serves you. Petra uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Buddhist Tingsha bells and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

About Petra Ratner

Petra is an RYT-500 yoga and meditation teacher and sound healer, channeling the power of kundalini yoga, sound baths and essential oils. Her classes include warm-ups with yoga asanas, breath work for balancing energy and short kundalini sequences, followed by meditation and healing sound baths using her gong and crystal bowls.
