Sound-Bath at Sunset | Outdoor Meditation

Join us for a serene, small-group sound bath in Prospect Park.

We’ll gather under the open sky for a gentle immersion in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments.

Meditate with your community at 🌞golden hour🌞, under the trees, starting your week with inner peace.

PLEASE BRING:

Yoga mat or Towel/ Blanket/ Cushion

(Anything to make you comfortable to lay down or sit down and meditate:-)

In the grassy field between the Picnic House & Tennis House

RSVP ONLY: there is a maximum number of attendees due to park regulations, if we exceed the limit the event could be shut down <\3

♥️PLEASE♥️ arrive 15-20 minutes early so that you have ample time to find us and get comfy. The session is only one sweet hour long and you dont want to miss a moment ♥

This event is donation-based, so that it is accessible to the community- please share whatever is sustainable for you. Cash in person, or venmo @Isabella-Guevara-1. Suggested sliding scale $5-$35.
