You are warmly invited to join me for a session of deep rest and gentle restoration in the beautiful, historic setting of St John the Baptist Church.
This peaceful, sacred space offers wonderful acoustics and a calm atmosphere — the perfect environment to pause, breathe and simply be.
During our time together, you will be guided into relaxation through a blend of crystal bowls, chimes, percussion and Dragon Frequency tubes. Each guest will also receive a crystal and gentle group Reiki energy as part of the experience.
Please bring something comfortable to lie on or your favouritechair (yoga mat, blanket or 2, fluffy warm socks, pillow) and anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported. The church is a little chilly so please layer up.
We will close the session slowly and come back together for tea and coffee before you leave.
Exchange: £20 via bank transfer. Please message me directly for bank details and to book your space.
Spaces are limited to keep the space intimate.
