Sound Bath at La Dosis (donation-based)

Come enjoy a sound bath under the old oak trees, beneath the moon! I offer this to the Cedar Park community once a month as a way to make sound therapy more accessible to everyone.
I sing ethereal tones and play various instruments at 432 hz, which is a healing frequency. Come get out of your head, regulate your nervous system and ease muscle tension.
What to bring: something to lay on - we'll be in the grass
Optional extras: eye mask and pillow
Dress: comfy and cozy for the weather
Where: meet out back, in the clearing behind the kid's play area
Sliding scale donation: $10-30
