Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful session that focuses on calming your nervous system and soothing your soul.
Begin your journey inward with a brief, guided meditation to set your intention and focus your mind. As you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important. Please note that the floor is wooden at this venue. There is always an option to be seated if this is preferred. Please also bring a drink of water.
There is plenty of free parking at this beautifully peaceful hall, just 10 minutes from Holt.
