Step into a restorative space of calm and connection in the tranquil space of the Center for Authentic Living. This therapeutic sound bath invites you to gently unwind and realign through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and the grounding resonance of the didgeridoo.
Seated on meditation mats, you’ll be held in a nurturing environment designed to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. We will have light movement to ground, then you will be surrounded by healing sounds.
Feel free to bring a blanket for your comfort if you'd like.
Space is limited to 10 participants.
