Sound Bath, Ashford

Join us for a calming 60-minute Sound Bath in the peaceful setting of the Friends Meeting House in Ashford.

You’ll be gently guided into relaxation as the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes flow through your body and mind - helping to release tension, quiet the thoughts, and bring deep rest.

Whether you're completely new to sound baths or returning for more, this is a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

PLEASE BRING: A yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket, and pillow (and anything that helps you feel warm and supported while lying down).

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 to 24 hours can be transferred to a future session (subject to availability).
Unfortunately, cancellations less than 24 hours before the event cannot be refunded or transferred.
