Come and experience the ultimate relaxation at our Sound Healing Bath event! Join us at the Fareham Methodist Church for a soothing journey of sound therapy. Let the harmonious sounds wash over you, melting away stress and tension. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

You can bring whatever helps you feel warm, cozy, and supported while lying down.

Most guests bring: A yoga mat or soft surface to lie on Blankets and pillows for comfort and warmth An eye mask or scarf (optional but recommended) A water bottle to stay hydrated

🌤️ As evenings grow cooler, we recommend bringing extra layers, thicker blankets, or even a sleeping bag to stay comfortable. The hall can feel cool at night, and warmth will help you fully relax into deep rest.

Each instrument carries its own healing quality:

Shamanic drum - is deeply connected to the heartbeat of the Earth in many traditions. Cleansing of energetic blockages — The vibration is believed to harmonize the body’s energies or chakras.

Crystal Bowls 432 Hz – Pure, cosmic high-frequency tones that clear the mind and calm the heart. The sounds can induce a deep state of relaxation, helping to reduce physical tension.

432 Hz resonates with the heart chakra, helping to release emotional blockages and promote compassion, balance, and inner peace. The sound promotes energy flow through the body.

Gong "Aura " – Deep, layered cosmic vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. Gong frequencies are known for their ability to “shake loose” stagnant energy and promote a feeling of renewal. The sound waves can encourage the body to soften tightness, improve relaxation of muscles, and support physical ease.

Crystal Harp - Produces pure, sustained harmonic tones that naturally slow brainwaves.Helps shift the nervous system from “fight or flight” into rest and digest. Gentle vibrations may support vagus nerve activation

All tickets include a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.

Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. Sound bath sessions are complementary wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.

By booking, you confirm that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that you will inform the facilitator in advance of any relevant physical or mental health conditions (including pregnancy, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, PTSD, or use of a pacemaker).

Sessions are intended for adults unless stated otherwise.

All personal information is treated confidentially in line with UK GDPR. Confidentiality may be broken only if there is a safeguarding concern or risk of harm.

If you experience discomfort or distress, you are free to pause, move, or leave the session at any time.

Contraindications Sound healing is generally safe and beneficial for most people, but it may not be suitable if you:

• Have severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis)
• Experience sound- or light-triggered epilepsy Have a pacemaker or other sensitive implants
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy Have a history of sound sensitivity that may cause anxiety or distress If you’re unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
• By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate.
