*Sound Bath will be held up the stairs and in the room to the left.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A yoga mat or blanket to lay on.

Neck pillow for comfort if desired.

Water for hydration.

Anything that makes you feel comfortable such as eye mask, blanket to cover up with etc.
