Join sound healer Astrid for an immersive evening of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, and gentle breath work. Astrid’s passion lies in creating peaceful, nurturing spaces where you can relax, release, and reconnect. Through the soothing vibrations of sound and mindful practices, she invites you to gently heal emotional wounds and open to the beauty of the present moment. Her deepest intention is to help you feel safe, supported, and inspired to embrace a brighter, more joyful path forward.
A sound bath is all about comfort—come prepared to sit or lie down and fully relax. Bring your own pillows, blankets, and yoga mat for the coziest experience. We have a limited number of bolsters and pillows available at the studio for borrowing. You’re also welcome to bring water, a journal, or anything else that supports your journey.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your meditation journey.
