Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath Healing is a deeply restorative practice that combines guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of sound. In Yoga Nidra participants enter a state of conscious relaxation where they release tension and access deeper layers of awareness. The sound bath using instruments like singing bowls and gongs enhances this experience by creating harmonic frequencies that calm the nervous system reduce stress and promote inner peace and healing.

Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath session dedicated to connecting with the wisdom of your ancestors. In this sacred space we’ll journey inward to honor those who have walked before us inviting their guidance and support into our lives. Through soothing sound vibrations and the practice of yoga nidra you’ll be gently guided to open your heart and mind receiving the wisdom and insight your lineage has to offer.
