Welcome to the Wakefield-Sound Bath, Wellbeing Gathering at Rainbow Playrooms! Join us for a relaxing, child free, experience filled with soothing sounds and positive vibes. Immerse yourself in a sound bath to relax your mind, body and soul. Come and experience a unique event that focuses on your wellbeing. Your ticket includes:

• Guided meditation
• Sound Bath
• Sharing Circle (optional)
• Cup of Matcha or Cacao
• Mini workshop (this months is how to work with crystals)
• Time to socialise & pull yourself oracle cards for guidance

There will also be cake and snacks available to purchase, as well as a range of crystals, candles, incense and crystal jewellery.

What to bring/ wear:

• Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)
• Water
• Comfortable, warm clothes
• Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional)
• Journal (optional)

Free parking is available at Bridge inn, bridge street, Wakefield WF15RT, PLEASE NOTE we will need your registration number when you arrive in order for you to park here to avoid getting a ticket.
