Sound Bath & Tea Ceremony with Fruits to the Roots

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating sound bath and tea ceremony at Fox Haven! Using singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, this 75-minute sound bath utilizes frequency, vibration, and stillness to create a meditative and relaxing environment–promoting a sense of calm and peace. In this session, we will gently explore a brief intention-setting meditation, followed by a soothing sound bath and a mini tea ceremony to integrate the experience.

Please bring along your favorite tea mug or cup and yoga mat or meditation pillow, your favorite “tool” (ex. journal, tarot deck, paintbrush, running shoes, crystal, etc.) to focus your intention and re-charge your chosen object with intentions to take home.

In 2023, Fox Haven will continue to pay $2 from every ticket sale to the Piscataway Land Trust as a LandBack tax for the land Fox Haven inhabits. Land taxes to indigenous nations function similarly to paying rent or a home mortgage. Payments such as a mortgage provide access to living space, whereas LandBack taxes recognize our access to stolen Indigenous land.
