Experience the Live Easy Method hosted by wellbeing practitioner, Lisa Botts

Lisa holds certifications in sound therapy from the International Sound Therapist Association, Level 2 Kundalini Yoga through Yoga Alliance and KRI, emotional processing through Senses of the Soul with yoga therapist and author GuruMeher Khalsa, Usui Reiki Master, and Polyvagal Theory through The Polyvagal Institute with Dr. Stephen Porges. In 2026, The Sukha Life became an accredited school for the Live Easy Method through the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).
