Limited spaces to keep this experience truly intimate and unrushed.
Starting with some embodied gentle stretching to prepare the body for deep rest.
Then you'll be guided to gently float to the sounds of didgeridoo, shamanic drumming, hand pan, and more, carefully blended with unique backing tracks so you can fully let go.
After this there will be time to drift down to the sauna where you have an hour to sauna with optional cold water shower or bath, then a cuppa and healthy snack
