In partnership with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology and the generosity of Miles for Marc, The Healing Sanctuary is offering sound bath and Reiki this month for people undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers. Our goal is to create a calming space where people dealing with cancer or caring for someone with cancer can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. We also extend this invitation to docs and nurses who are in cancer care to restore themselves as well.
These holistic sessions are offered the second Tuesday of each month and typically integrate either breathwork, Reiki, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques, accompanied by an immersive sound bath, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives.
FREE OF CHARGE* You do not have to be a patient with CMOH to attend. We welcome caregivers and family members as well.
