Sound Bath & Mindfulness for Cancer Patients and Caregivers

In partnership with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology and the generosity of Miles for Marc, we are offering a sound bath and mindfulness session for people undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers. This interactive session provides a space to pause, reconnect, and realign with what matters most. Experience guided practice, a space for heartfelt reflection, and a gentle sound bath to support grounding, healing, and emotional resilience.
Our goal is to create a calming space every month where people dealing with cancer, whether as patient or caregiver, can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. These sessions typically integrate breathwork, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques, accompanied by an immersive sound bath, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives.
FREE OF CHARGE* You do not have to be a patient with CMOH to attend. We welcome caregivers, family members, and oncology professionals as well.
