This immersive Sound Bath begins with gentle guided meditation and breathwork techniques to quiet mental chatter and release built-up tension. You’ll learn practical tools to ground yourself and regulate stress—ones you can carry into daily life.
We then transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, where you’ll be surrounded by the tranquil tones of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, handpan, Rav, kalimba and other healing instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and fostering a state of deep peace and relaxation.
Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or already deep in your wellness practice, this workshop offers a perfect pause—a space to just be.
Wear: Comfortable clothing
Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushion and bottle of water/drink (some yoga mats are available for use, eye masks will be offered)
Optional: Eye mask and anything that helps you feel relaxed and cosy.
Come as you are, leave lighter.
