Escape the hustle and bustle and join us downstairs in the cozy basement of The Rainbow Pub (right next door to Zen) for an evening of pure relaxation and rejuvenation.
🌟 Led by Huda from The Sound School, Birmingham's only studio dedicated to Sound Therapy, this unique session will guide you on a tranquil journey of meditation and sound healing.
🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:
A serene seated meditation to center your mind.
A soothing sound journey featuring Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, and percussion, designed to melt away stress, improve sleep, and promote inner calm.
🌙 Prepare for Comfort:
Wear warm, comfortable clothing.
Chairs will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own meditation cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
Bring a reusable water bottle and perhaps a light snack for after the session.

For adults 18+ only.
Unfortunately, there is no disabled access.
This session is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with epilepsy.
