As the year draws to a close, this sound bath invites you to exhale — to set down what you’ve been carrying and come home to stillness.
In a world that rarely slows, A Resting Place offers the space to simply be. Through a soothing meditation, sound frequencies, and gentle ritual, you’ll soften the edges of the year and open to renewal from the inside out.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT
Guided Meditation (10-min)
We’ll begin with grounding breath and intention to help your body settle and your spirit soften. You’ll be gently guided to release tension and open to renewal.
Sound Journey (60-min)
Immerse yourself in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Let each vibration wash through you, clearing away the heaviness of the year and bringing your body, mind, and spirit into harmony.
The Grace Offering Ritual
You’ll receive a smooth stone — a simple symbol of release. Hold it through the sound bath as grace softens what’s ready to be let go. At the end, you’ll place your stone into a shared bowl of water and floating flowers, allowing grace to receive what’s complete and make space for what’s next.
This is your invitation to rest, reflect, and renew — to end the year not in exhaustion, but in peace.
