You’re invited to an evening of gentle release, grounding, and connection—through the healing power of sound and the steady presence of horses.
Hosted at Finding Your Stride, this experience brings together a soothing sound bath and the quiet, intuitive energy of a horse herd. You won’t be riding,instead, they’ll be with us, offering their calm awareness as co-regulators in your healing.
Led by Nicole and Jenn, this offering is designed to support nervous system rest, inner clarity, and emotional ease. No experience with horses or meditation is needed—just a willingness to slow down and be supported.
