Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

Embark on a transformative journey where the ancient practice of mindfulness meditation seamlessly intertwines with the therapeutic power of a sound bath, utilizing resonant instruments like singing bowls and gongs.

Guided by experienced instructors Kristen and Jaime, this evidence-based class draws from research-backed methods to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain and enhance well-being. While lying comfortably on your back in a serene atmosphere with blankets and a pillow, you will be led through a guided meditation accompanied by an instrumental sound bath.
This class is for adults and teens.
Please bring two blankets and a pillow. Wear something warm and comfortable. We’ll supply a yoga mat and blanket for you to lie on.

Safety Regarding Sound Baths & Gong Baths: Sound baths are a form of complementary medicine and should not be considered a replacement for indicated medical treatments. People who are pregnant, experience epilepsy or seizures or have a diagnosed mental health condition should check with their primary care provider before taking part in sound baths or gong baths. For the hard of hearing, hearing aids should be removed to avoid excess noise; the sound vibrations are still beneficial and absorbed through the body.
