Join me for a deeply restorative Group Sound Bath and Guided Meditation—an intentional space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.Together, we’ll gently unwind the layers of stress and noise, dropping into a meditative state where your body can recalibrate and your nervous system can settle. You’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and voice—allowing what’s ready to release to move, and what’s ready to be restored to come back online.
This is a space to reconnect with your inner rhythm… to listen, to feel, and to simply be.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning, this small and intimate gathering offers a grounded, supportive container to recharge, restore, and realign.
Near the end of the session, I’ll move through the space offering Reiki and intuitive energy work to support your integration—meeting you where you are and supporting what’s unfolding for you in the moment.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the session to run. Spaces tend to fill quickly, with a maximum of 6 participants to maintain a peaceful and personalized experience.
Pre-registration is required. Chairs are available if you prefer not to lie on the floor—just let me know when booking.
Please dress comfortably in layers, and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that will support you in feeling cozy and held 🤍
