Unwind at the end of your week with a sound bath in Los Gatos designed to help you relax, reset, and restore. This unique Bay Area sound healing event blends gentle stretching with an immersive meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and Native American flute.

We’ll begin with 10 minutes of slow, beginner-friendly stretches to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back — perfect if you’ve been working at a desk or on your feet all day. Then, sink into stillness for a 60-minute sound bath meditation, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, Native American flute, and a 27-inch gong calm the nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation.
