We’ll begin with 10 minutes of slow, beginner-friendly stretches to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back — perfect if you’ve been working at a desk or on your feet all day. Then, sink into stillness for a 60-minute sound bath meditation where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and a 27-inch gong will calm your nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation.
