Sound Bath & Energy Healing 2-1-2026

T his is a collaboration of sound bath and energy healing.

Lynda will perform biofield tuning and sound bath.

What is Biofield Tuning and how does it work:

It is a therapeutic sound vibration using high-quality tuning forks that works directly with the body's biofield, referring to the electric current that runs through it and the magnetic field that surrounds it. The tuning forks can locate dissonance in the body's electrical system, bringing the body into coherence.

Here is what Lynda will be doing in the sound bath:

Starting with a Mini Biofield Tuning to balance and ground the body's electrical system for around 10 minutes. Then she will do the sound bath with tools like ocean drum, koshi chimes and the crystal soundbowls.

Atsuko will perform energy healing simultaneously. She will go among participants and perform hands off energy healing. The focus will be oneness, expansion of our consciousness and light body activation for ascension to higher realms. It is a reset of our energy field into coherent and balanced status, and also restructuring of our DNA. Recipients might feel tingling sensation, warmth, coldness, and your limbs might twitch. You might see lights, colors or visions. Please relax and let go of any expectations and be open to receive this wonderful life force energy from the universe.
