Join us for a heartfelt and restorative morning designed to help you reconnect with yourself and what truly nourishes your well-being.

✨ What to Expect ✨

Sasha McPherson, LMFT, PMHC & Sound Bath Facilitator, will guide you through a deeply grounding sound bath to help soothe your nervous system and bring you back home to yourself.

Afterward, Meena Izadpanah will offer light bites, wellness sips, and share insight into non-toxic, vegan products that promote restful sleep, energy, graceful aging, and overall well-being.

This gathering is designed to feel like a breath of fresh air—an intentional pause to care for yourself in community.

📍 Location: Solana Heights Park (lower level large grass area near picnic benches and covered area near the entry of the Solana Heights Neighborhood), Ventura, CA

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat and comfy layers. Optional: pillow, blanket, hat, sunglasses, or bolster to stay cozy.

Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of severe mental health conditions.
