Sounds and Connection: A Mommy & Me Sound Healing Group

A 45-minute group to soothe your nervous system and nurture your bond with your baby.

Motherhood is full of beauty—but it can also be overwhelming, overstimulating, and isolating. Sometimes you just need a space to exhale.

Sounds and Connection was created as a gentle landing place for moms and babies (ages 3–12 months) to co-regulate, connect, and experience the calming effects of sound together.

You’ll enjoy a soothing blend of:

Restorative sound healing (no prior experience needed)
Playful baby-safe instruments to explore with your little one
Gentle movement to release tension
Warm, judgment-free connection with other moms

This group offers a unique opportunity to reset your nervous system with your baby beside you—helping both of you feel more grounded, attuned, and at ease.

These aren’t just calming tones (though they are lovely)—they’re intentionally curated to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and promote bonding through shared sensory experience.

Come as you are—spit-up on your shirt and all.

Wednesday Mornings at Marina Park in Ventura, July 17, July 31, August 14, August 28. Join us for all 4 dates, or just the ones that work for you!

*Please bring: comfy layered clothes, water, sunscreen for you and baby, a hat (if you would like), and a snack for your little one, just in case.

*A blanket to sit on is provided for each parent and baby pair, so that you don't have to bring more than you are already carrying with you as a busy mom.

Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of several mental health conditions.
