Join us for an intimate and empowering self-love experience to nourish your soul and celebrate your unique beauty. This special event combines a 45 minute heart-opening sound bath with a mini boudoir photography session, creating a space for deep relaxation, self-reflection, and confidence-building.

✨ Guided Sound Bath (45 minutes) – Led by certified sound bath practitioner Rachel, this session will focus on the heart chakra, helping you cultivate love, compassion, and self-acceptance. Let the soothing vibrations wash over you, calming your mind and opening your heart.

📸 Mini Boudoir Photoshoot – Step into your power with a private, confidence-boosting boudoir session with Kristin, a Bay Area photographer dedicated to capturing women in their most authentic and beautiful selves. Each participant will have a personalized session in a safe, supportive environment. Individuals get to keep 5 photos and 1 headshot from the session.

📝 Journaling & Self-Love Reflection – In between sessions, reflect with guided journaling prompts and self-love exercises to deepen your connection with yourself.

🍵 Tea & Water Provided – Sip on warm tea as you relax and connect with yourself and other like-minded women.

✔ Yoga mat for the sound bath

✔ Comfy clothes for relaxation

✔ A change of clothes or lingerie for your boudoir session (whatever makes you feel empowered and beautiful!)

💖 – A certified sound bath practitioner based in the Bay Area, Rachel is passionate about bringing the benefits of sound baths to her community. Having found peace and clarity through sound baths herself, she creates a safe and restorative space for others to do the same. For this event, she will be focusing on the heart chakra, helping you release self-doubt and invite in love and confidence.

📸 – Kristin is a Bay Area-based boudoir photographer on a mission to empower women to embrace their beauty and confidence exactly as they are. Through her lens, she captures the essence of each woman’s strength and authenticity, creating a space where they can feel truly seen and celebrated.

General Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket for the Sound Bath & Boudoir Self-Love Experience on March 29, 2025, I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that this event includes a guided sound bath, boudoir photography session, and optional journaling and self-reflection activities.

I acknowledge that sound baths may involve deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical sensations, and I take full responsibility for my well-being during the session. I understand that boudoir photography is a personal and artistic experience, and I participate with full awareness of my comfort level and boundaries.

By purchasing a ticket, I release and hold harmless Rachel (sound bath practitioner), Kristin (photographer), event organizers, and the venue from any claims, liability, or damages arising from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, loss of property, or any unforeseen incidents. I confirm that I am in good health and able to participate safely.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own actions and choices during the event. I agree that by purchasing a ticket, I accept these terms and waive any right to future claims related to my participation.
