About Time Bookstore is a peaceful “happy place” in downtown Libertyville for book lovers. With book-lined shelves as the backdrop, you’ll experience a guided meditation and Sound Bath with Studio Elevate Fit owner, Sarah Hellenbrand.

A Sound Bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to calm your mind and body. You’ll begin seated or lying on a yoga mat or cushion. After a few minutes of guided breath and visualization, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies created by crystal singing bowls and other practitioner tools. The sounds and vibrations introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation to a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest, relaxation and to explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

Please bring a mat, pillows, blankets, and/or eye masks to help get cozy during the sound bath - whatever you feel will help get you comfortable!
